I've been in the arena long enough to know what separates systems that survive from systems that look good on slides.

I started as an IT engineer rewiring networks and migrating ASP.NET to Rails. Then I built the SRE team at 17LIVE from scratch — on-call rotations, monitoring, the whole thing. I managed infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, sometimes all three at once. I learned cost optimization the hard way: cutting AWS bills by 50% with spot instances and auto-scaling wasn't a strategy question, it was a 3 AM problem.

That ground-level experience shaped how I architect. I'm not interested in frameworks that look elegant in presentations but collapse under production pressure. I've operated the systems I design — patched production at 2 AM, negotiated vendor contracts, led ISO certifications, built teams from 0 to 50+.

Today, I help organizations adopt AI without losing operational sanity. The work is about translating technical depth into business clarity.

這些經驗塑造了我現在做架構的方式。我不相信只存在簡報裡的優雅架構。我做過凌晨兩點修 Production 的事，我帶過談判供應商的團隊，我親眼看過一個架構決定會讓整個團隊多麼痛苦或輕鬆。

現在，我在幫企業落地 AI，同時保持營運的理智。
